honestly forgot about buying this til i was seeing stuff i failed to review. installed when it came and that was it. one year later not one issue at all. still holding like new. would recommend. probably gonna out live the chair.

The product's how to video makes it appear easy to remove the old piston. I spent 45 minutes banging on that sucker before it broke free from the chair. once it came off the replacement was a piece if cake. Be prepared for a workout!

Product dimensions were spot on however after only a week it started to wobble which was my whole reason for replacing my last cylinder. The chairs original lasted 2 years before doing so, my second replacement another brand on amazon lasted 1 year. I thought Id try another brand to see if there were any better ones out there. Nope guess not. Buyer beware short life expectancy of this product.
