Quick delivery, good quality product that lived up to expectations. I ordered a pair each of the smallest and the second size up.When on looks at the dimensions quoted, it doesn't seem like .5 inch difference in diameter would make a big difference to the size of the balls. However when the balls arrived, it was quite obvious that they were different sizes. I bought them as a gift for my husband who spends long hours in front of a computer screen and gets back and shoulder pain. Even without looking at instructional videos or the like, the balls have been effective in relieving pain..both by being used to apply pressure to a point, and being used more in a massaging sort of way. The smaller balls are great for getting the area between and under the shoulder blades. Happy with the purchase

I bought these to roll and stretch my feet after runs and they work great for that

Love those balls but I think is too expensive for just two soft balls made with foam. It’s much better than using tennis balls (I used kids tennis balls which are not that hard as the regular one)

These Yoga Tune Up balls are great on tight or sore muscles, IT bands, quads and tight muscles in your back.
