Alyssa's Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies - Pack of 4

Initially, I found these at my local grocery store but they are not always available and are never on sale. I was so happy to find them on Amazon with a comparable price. I was hesitant to order them because I wasn’t sure how they would be with shipping. They arrived perfect and I have been ordering them regularly, including the Vegan and Chocolate ones. All of them are so incredibly healthy and tasty. No sugar, No additives. Amazing!!! At first I didn’t want to review them in fear that everyone would be purchasing them and the price would increase. But I had to review these. One of the best tasty and healthy items I’ve ever had!!! Keep making these and Amazon keep selling these. My family and co-workers love them too!!! If I could have given more than 5 stars I definitely would!!

I used to eat Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal every morning, but since finding Alyssa's Healthy Oatmeal Bites, I have two Bites each morning for 16 grams of fiber, which is about 1/3 of the daily fiber requirement. 14 grams of the fiber is of the soluble type. These Bites are much tastier than plain oatmeal, but they contain only healthful ingredients. There are no additives and no sugar, except for 2 grams of natural sugar from just a little bit of dried fruit.Note that there is another Alyssa's variety called Vegan Bites. The only difference is that the Vegan Bites contain psyllium. I found that the psyllium was too fibrous for me and that I was having to eliminate too often.

It's very satisfying. I put it in the freezer so the cookie is hard.

Delicious low point treats!

I first heard about these "cookies" on a YouTube video (sorry, can't remember the lady's name!!) and she said she ate them almost every day (she's on WW, as am I). I have also, recently, told I'm prediabetic. So, I'm looking for things that don't raise my blood sugar drastically. These cookies do not disappoint! I had two of them and an apple for breakfast about 2 1/2 hours ago, and I'm still not hungry in the least. The apple, unfortunately, raises my blood sugar more than the cookies do! The cookies taste delicious, and have enough to "chew" to feel satisfied rather than just gulping it down in one or two chews. I bought them the first time directly through Alyssa's website, but found them on Amazon for free shipping, so this is my second order of the cookies, but the first through Amazon. I can say that coming from Amazon they were a bit more clumped together, but nothing I can't work with. We're also having a heatwave across the U.S., so no telling where they sat and in how much heat before I actually got them. I put them immediately into the refrigerator. I keep them there just to keep them fresh and pull out a couple if I just want a snack, to add to yogurt for breakfast, or to have something in my tummy before taking any medicines that say to take with meals. I hope this company never goes out of business, because I'm afraid I'm addicted. I went through 4 containers in 3 weeks and still managed to lose 6.8 lbs! Working on my second shipment of 4 containers now! LOL

This is the perfect healthy snack. I take it with me whenever I am going somewhere. Not too sweet but tastes great.

I placed two previous orders with an Amazon third-party seller and both orders arrived with the bites already stale and one month past their expiration dates! Fortunately, Amazon refunded my money.
