I love this mat, it is nice a thick, and great to workout on the floor to protect your spine from grinding in the floor. I have a Pilate Studio and I use these for my Mat Classes.

Quality is perfect. No smells. No problem.

The mat is very firm and surprising light weight. It is excellent for the exercises that I do while lying on my back. However, it does not work for the exercises that I do when sitting. My bed's mattress is medium firm and I weigh180 pounds. With all of my weight on one area of the mat when sitting, the mattress sinks a little even though the mat remains firm. My exercises and stretches don't work when my butt is lower than my legs. I also am concerned that with all of my weight concentrated in one area, the mat might eventually split at the area where it folds in half for carrying and storing. I highly recommend this mat if your exercises are all done lying flat. If you are light weight and/or are placing the mat on a very firm mattress, this mat might be just fine for the exercises that you do when sitting upright.

Doing exercises on a wooden floor is just not comfortable. The ProsourceFit mat allows me to do floor exercises without discomfort from feeling the wooden floor. The mat is a nice size and the bi-fold feature allows it to take up less space when putting it away.

These pads were the perfect for the wall of our son’s sensory swing. He has autism and sensory processing disorder and we needed something that allowed him to slam himself against his wall without hurting himself and these were great! They are light enough we used heavy duty Velcro to mount them but durable and thick enough padding that he doesn’t get hurt. We highly recommend them!!!

I love the thickness of the floor mat! This pad is just right for placing under my yoga mat on an LVP floor.As a thin person, I find it quite comfortable on my spine and yet it’s just firm enough not to interfere with balancing postures.For my purposes, I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the price was just about half of more well known competing brands.It shows no signs of wear just yet. I even have a small bread puppy with razor sharp teeth who sneaks in a gnawing session on occasion. Still no signs of wear!

I can't speak to the durability yet; only had it for a couple weeks. However it works perfectly for my need. The folding is convenient. It folds and stores nicely behind my bathroom door. My situation is probably unusual. I've fallen out of bed 3 times in about 3 months. The 3rd time I hurt my feet (bruises, cuts). So I bought the mat "in case". So far no more falling out of bed; probably because I moved my pillow closer to the center of my half. I'm certain that the softness and thickness of the mat will prevent future injury.

What a great item for exercising. Thick, comfortable. Just what I needed. Could be a bit wider but works anyway. Should a heavier set person want a mat…..Length is great!
