I have been beating this tool up at work daily. It's all we use due to their quality. They last for years, we typically use them on 1,000+ vehicles per year per tool.

Good weight and easy to use

I've been doing windshield replacements for over 10 years and have used 5 other cut out tools, this is the best one I've used so far. I have not tried the black hawk model (that one looks pretty awesome as well) but i have used the black ops and sting ray models and like the ambush model much more.

Light weight dream machine makes work a breeze

Let me start this review by stating that this is a fantastic tool. I used it for 3 years and loved it everyday. I now have a different employer and have to buy my own tools. No problem. I want the tools I am used to. I bought this equalizer ambush Express tool from cachemondo. Battery arrives at 1 of 3 bars. I go to charge the battery the moment I opened the package. Charger does not work. It gives a solid red light stating the battery is already fully charged. I cannot fore the life of me, get the charger to charge my dead battery. I emailed the seller the seller and their response was to call equalizer themselves. Heres the thing. I buy on Amazon a lot. Its inevitable that things occasionally arrive broke or defective. But I've always had a good experience with the merchant backing up their product and making everything right with me asap. I guess I'm just upset that cachemondo wont back up the items they sell and pass it off as someone else's problem. I guess I will be calling equalizer. I really hope this wont cost me extra. I dont think its selfish to think everything should work when you pay $700 on one tool. Speaking of which, I am mildly dissatisfied that the tool comes with a flimsy soft case. The ambush equalizer I had with my last job had a durable hard case which I would've greatly preferred. Item isnt even eligible for a return... all in all, tool is second to none. But I wont be buying from cachemondo again
