They become compromised, don't how water gets between the double walls of glass. Not good. Not a good look.

I love this mug not only because it looks so cool, but also the function. The double layered glass keeps the drink hot without burning your hands/fingers. I have not tried this with a cool drink yet, but I imagine it will not sweat due to the double layer.Some stainless travel mugs make the drink so hot that you can't enjoy it right away, but this glass does not have that problem. The beverage is kept in an optimum temperature range for a reasonable amount of time. It also allows tea drinkers to fully appreciate the color and movements of the tea leaves.I also adore the simplicity of the design, it is elegant and Zen.

These glasses are great. Either no or very little sweating. But it is important to note that they are rather fragile. I inadvertently break one of them about every 6 months, so repurchase every year or so.

I got these to use with my Cuisinart Kpod coffee maker as they were the right height to avoid splashing. Many months now, and still going strong.

I just received them and tried them. They sweat between the layers and the outside of the cups get hot, which means not insulated well. I will return them. I have been trying other brands for last couple of years and they have been okay but these ones are not. Consider other brands.
