I am from Spain and I can say this :Believe it or not this is as close as the real Spanish chorizo you will find, even under this "Italian" name, forget the "pseudo-Mexican" brands or the low quality imported chorizo from Spain sold even here. This is it, the real deal.

Love the product. Ordered two, both expired 2 days after I got it. I mean it's cured meat, so the ones I got must have been sitting around for a while before they were shipped to me, 2 days before their expiration date.
