Q: How often has anyone actually had leftover guac? Seems like a problem I have never had

Lol I came here to pose the same question -- with a family of 6 I have never had and never expect to have leftover guac. I do appreciate the innovative product, however.

Q: How long will it stay fresh for?

Mine stayed fresh for 3 days before I used it. I'm sure it would have stayed fresh longer had I left it in there. It works great!

Q: Would it keep 1/2 avocado from getting brown as well

You need to eliminate the air in the container so as you push down the top using up the guacamole it keeps removing space but a half an avocado in there would have air around it so it would possibly still brown

Q: Approx how many (regular-sized) avocados can fit inside the container? 1 or 2 or 3???

At least 4 can fit. I use 4-5 depending on the size.
