Wooden Swedish Ladder - Stall Bars Set for Physical Therapy & Gymnastics with Swing Set and Fixed Pull-up bar for All Ages

It seems like I received a previously returned item. There was previously cut tape under the new tape on the box. The hardware was re wrapped together in Saran Wrap. The bundles weren’t labeled and some of the hardware was mixed into the wrong bundles. The instructions for the main ladder, the colorful climbing attachment, and the top section with rungs were pretty easy to follow.I am missing the instructions related the the rope ladder, trapeze, hanging rings, and climbing rope, so I don’t have instructions on how to tie them. It also looks like there should be 6 small wooden pieces that you thread the ropes through to tie them, but I am missing those pieces.The “mounting” kit I got only included 4 small brackets and various screws. The brackets and screws would only work if installing into concrete because you cannot adjust the location for studs behind drywall. I reread the description and it says it includes “removable horizontal struts”, which I assume would allow you to mount it to studs, but those were also missing from my package. So now I have a fully built until with no way of mounting it to the wall.The item isn’t exactly as pictured. The rungs for the rainbow climbing attachment I received are not the same as pictured. Mine has 2 natural colored rungs 1 green, 1 blue, 1 red, and 1 purple. The ropes in the product picture are also clearly blue, but the ropes I got are red and blue woven together, which makes them purple when you are looking at them from a distance. Not a huge deal, but combined with all of the other issues it is frustrating.For $400, I feel like I shouldn’t get a previously opened product with missing pieces. Mounting it is going to cost additional money to buy supplies. The quality of the item itself seems pretty good, but I can’t attest to the durability yet since I can’t mount it.
