Gets your tikka ticking
I was looking for a well flavoured dry rub seasoning to kick a mild curry up a notch and this is it. Great colour and flavour. I use two tablespoons per 500g of meat and let it sit for 24 hours. Makes me wonder how supermarkets can ask £££ for 100g in a plastic tub...
