Arrived on time ,fully assembled, easy to install,but 2 people needed to lift into place,as it's quite long and weighs 16k .Don't use the rawl bolts supplied they are poor buy decent rawlbolts and it's great .

Nevertheless, I encountered some resistance while using the hand crank, particularly when extending the awning fully. It took a bit more effort than I had anticipated.The aluminium frame, while lightweight and durable, does have a downside. During windy days, I noticed some swaying of the frame, which made me a bit apprehensive about its sturdiness. It's crucial to ensure the awning is securely anchored to prevent any potential issues during inclement weather.Installation was relatively straightforward, thanks to the provided instructions. However, I did find that some steps required a bit more clarity. It took a bit of trial and error to get the awning perfectly aligned and tensioned. It would be helpful if the instructions were a bit more detailed in these areas.In conclusion, the Outsunny Manual Window Awning offers a mix of style and functionality, though it does come with a few considerations. Good product for the price, fairly easy to install with 2 people.A couple of points to bear in mind that may help.1. I would suggest you dry fit and test tighten all the nuts and bolts to ensure no cross threading or damage. ( I had an issue with a retaining bolt, would be the last one I did, but luckily not a major retaining bolt)2. Due to covid trying to get in touch with seller can be difficult, I was frustrated that after tying to contact themby email and phone they did not seem to respond, BUT they did, just needed a bit more time and they fully rectified my issue.

Nice garden awning. Very happy with it. Easy to install just a bit of common sense required with measuring. Nice and easy to adjust the angle and plenty of clearence from the ends of the awning to the mechanism, so once the you measure the centers and put the brackets on, the awning can be moved left of right by a good 15cm each way.My only criticism is the wall bolts looked to cheap for my liking. Basic aluminium casing. So I purchased some high quality ones from my local screw fix. And just for anyone’s interest the bolts are M8 and require a 14mm masonry drill and hole approx 8cm deep.Overall very happy and a nice addition to the garden. Bring on the summer… I hope! 😀

After only being up for a week it has frayed and now looks tatty, contacted the seller they said contact Amazon, contacted Amazon they advised contacting the seller! Very disappointed
