This is an excellent publication on Food Safety, well segregated 3 vols set. Nothing is missing, including Advisories, FAQ, CaseLaw on Food Safety. ILBCO has done a really good work. Other publications that I recommend is ILBCO Drugs Cosmetics & ILBCO Manual of Methods of Analysis, Legal Metrology. These books have completed my library.. Will surely recommend.

Comprehensive volume will updates upto February 2020. Does not contain the Pandemic related updates.

Too much useless stuff included just to increase number of books, ie, volumes. Analysis methods have been deliberately included in a separate product to increase purchase amount though they should have been part of this same three volumes by omitting some useless stuff. Prices have been jacked up unnecessarily by selling two sets of books when it can be done in one set of three volumes.
