Quoc Viet Foods Vegetarian "Hue" Style Soup Base

This is a good soup base for making noodle soup. It is reddish in color and spicy, just what I was looking for.I use it with noodles and tofu, really turns out well!

I worked at a Vietnamese restaurant through college and this is a pretty good convenient broth.

Excellent flavor and vegan. I sometimes add some other curry flavors, cumin, basil, onion and garlic for other flavor profiles. It is great by itself or as a base for adding to. I use this base to make all kind of different vegetable and even potato soups. A+

Delicious! As with most canned or jarred stocks I doctored this one to make it extra tasty, but right out of the gate it was excellent. I will be sticking with this one.

I have only made soup with this base once thus far . . . but it was absolutely amazing. I will be buying this again in the future. I did add more of the base than the amounts on the back of the container. I kept adding to taste while I was cooking the soup. Definitely recommend this product.

Love this soup base SO MUCH. We use it in all of our soups and even in the steam water for our dumplings. Absolute favorite flavor.
