I couldn’t be more pleased with this tool. It helped me diagnose a potentially expensive problem on my 2011 Jetta sel . The vag II software and diagnostic library under the obdII tab successful pointed me to exactly which sensor was causing the problem and $30 later- no more epc or cel , the car revs like it used to! Not bad considering the shop wanted almost 1k for what this machine helped me do in my own back yard- under a shade tree to boot 👍

This computer is perfect. It diagnosis my car within seconds. It tells me exactly what's going with it in real time. Once you learn how to navigate through the different menus it become part of your tool to help troubleshoot your vehicle. It save you money from the repair shops charging you for using their computer to diagnosis your car.

I plugged it in my 2012 jetta it gave me fan error codes which where not accurate. It caused an over heat error code causing the water to antifreeze to boil. I went to my mechanic and he found no fan issues or over heating issues. I even drive the car for 3 hours in 70 degree weather and no issues. Also it does not remove abs codes like the website says. Didn’t work for I sent it back a week and half ago and I haven’t received a refund.not worth it spend the extra money and get a legit car scanner.

It hard to tell if you got a good product, so far have not been able to find software upgrade, and everything on youtube gives the impression you may have gotten a bad machine. one of the first sites you land on on youtube is a guy telling you what you need to know before you buy this machine. I was tardy on the information, I had already bought it. can't find any help with it so far, so be wary!

Bought this hoping to do a regen on my 2012 VW Jetta but my car was not supported on this device.

This saved me enough on first use to pay for itself. Takes some effort to set up to specific vehicle each time you plug it into the OBD port. Not intuitively obvious which selections apply, and had to get on-line support for clarity, and still a little dissatisfied that it is not precisely clear as to whether you are getting the correct engine and transmission selection. All-in-all, I was able to get the readings that allowed me to properly diagnose and repair, and in one case to also to determine I had a covered warranty item with my vehicle.This device gives you the power of knowledge to repair yourself, or to make sure you are dealing with honest mechanics. Worth the investment.

Priceless for the driveway wrenchers. You can put the brakes in service mode ect. You can read all the trouble codes from the ECU TCM BCM abs ect. This thing will tell you if you have a problem with your electric mirrors just for example. It also tells you specifically what sensor is problematic instead of a generic code like most other one scanners do.

Easy to use. I bought one for my Porsche six months ago so I am familiar with this brand. I trust them enough to buy one for my A6 AUDI. I no longer take my cars for MINOR Service. I love doing it my self thanks to all the blood people of YOUTUBE.l
