So far so good!
I bought my C300 in April of 2017 new, also bought a Nissa Altima in July 2017 new. My Nissan has twice as many miles, but both keyless entry batteries are still working fine. My C300 batteries are out on both. I bought one battery first, and it is working well so I ordered a second one. It's been over a month and it is working just fine! I did have to look up a video on youtube to show me how to replace the battery.
