I have been wanting to try this burger for a while now, and finally did. this meat is very tender, and of high quality, I weighed it out in 2 ounce portions, and made ostrich sliders, they turned out very good, I next would like to try chill, and tacos. I also just ordered some of the ostrich fillets, I am anxious to try them as well. I just placed my second order of this product, it is really nice for someone who enjoys eating burgers, but is also health conscious, and watching there weight. Try this for the best burger ever, but just remember be careful not to cook it to long, 3 min for a 4 oz patty is ideal.
