Pump stopped working after only 6 weeksSeller was very unhelpful was supposed to replace pump but after 3 months no pump and refused refund or return . Contacted Amazon who took over and gave refund . What a disgraceful way to treat a customer .Thanks to Amazon for a quick efficient refund and end to a horrible experience

Looks great, very natural, the lights are lovely, pump works really well, love the sound of the water

Stopped working after a day or two. Had to fiddle about to get it working . Only the fountain or the lights work, but not together. I had to replace the fountain with a different small pump and that got it going. It does look nice in the garden when it’s working.

Arrived well packaged and on time..Easy to assemble..Solar panel was in the sun for full day to charge battery before use.Next day started using,all seemed fine ,until it started getting dark .After about 45 min it stopped working.I contacted the seller for advice .They said that while the water feature was being operated by the solar panel ,it was also using the battery and to disconnect the battery and reconnect when there was no sun.This was not feasible for the person it was bought.I requested a refund.I was told I would have to pay postage to return it as they wouldn't take my word that this was the reason for returning the item.I did receive a prepaid return label after contacting Amazon

I am so pleased with this water feature. The value is exellent. I can sit listening to the water. The battery enables the feature to work after the sun has gone down. This is when the lights come into their own. It needs to charge again the next day and begin working again. I have bought from this company before and have always been pleased with my purchase.

I had to buy another pump because the first one only worked for six hours. I did try to ask the company to replace the pump through Amazon but it didn’t happen. The feature itself is nice and just what I wanted so be prepared to replace the pump if you buy it I gave it three stars because it works fine with a better pump. Not value for money though as it costs extra
