ENTERPARK New 6021-001573 Washing Machine Nut-Hexagon Nut (M26 nut, ID 24 mm or 0.95 in) Replacement Part for Samsung

I had to take my drum out of my top loader Samsung washer. On reinstall the nut that’s holds the drum in place on the shaft broke into pieces on install. Looks like it was brittle from being under water for the last 6 years with daily use. Anyway this nut replacement worked great. It looked exactly the same and had the same numbers stamped on the nut.

Does not fit washer

This nut is NOT a direct replacement for the factory nut. It is about 2 millimeters too small. If you look at the parts list for the washer, that one is wrong, also. The correct part number for the replacement nut for my Samsung WA48h7400AW/A2 is DC60-50003A.

This is not the same size as the oem. Do not buy! It will not work for your Samsung!

I should've taken a picture but I'm not going to take the washer apart again, hopefully. I got this for a Samsung WA422PRHDWR/AA top load washer. The old one had cracked & the drum was banging around a bit. I put the new but on (reverse thread BTW), washed a load, & just about destroyed the tub. Upon further inspection, the but wasn't all the way down. The threads in the nut were cut twice at slightly different angles. It took me a few tries & I was able to get it on straight. So far so good. This nut is okay since it is half the price of an original.
