I'm in love with this elbow brace. I've done martial arts with weapons most of my life and on and off gotten both tendinitis and epicondialitis (tennis and golfer's elbow). I've tried many different braces over the 4+ decades of fighting and this is the first one that really works. It is comfortable, washable and goes on comfortably over my underarmor short or against bare skin. It holds everything just right and my elbow is no longer screaming at me after every practice. I also wear it when I work out. Well worth the money. I won't fight or exercise without it.
