Awesome DARK chocolate
AS in the description, this is 92% cacao. So very dark, which means not really sweet at all and bitter, but that's what I like. I have preferred dark chocolate over milk since I was a child. You have to be a person who appreciates the bitterness of dark chocolate to enjoy this. Also has a lot of health benefits.

They are plain but do the job.
Eaten by themselves, they are boringly plain, but no weird after taste. 92% cacao, very little sugar (1gm per 6 pieces), plain and simple. I bought these to make dipping chocolate for berries. In my standard recipe they worked great. You might find some 90% cacao nibs out there for less (per oz), but as far as I can tell Beyond Good products are made with the highest quality ingredients. I would give the chocolate itself a 5 star; the packaging, not so good. The lid had popped off in transit (shipped in an Amazon bag?!) and the chocolate discs were just hanging out loose in the bag. On the shelf, at a store, yeah the packaging works, but for shipping, not in a box secured with packing material? na-ah.

Smells like urine, tastes like dirt
Is this even chocolate or just the floor sweepings from a barn on a chocolate farm? So disgusting I threw the whole package away.

So so
I bought a lot of very dark chocolates to experiment with increasing carbohydrates the last week of my cycle, in hopes it'd naturally increase my low perimenopausal progesterone. I eat low carb, so nutrition is important. The nutrition/ingredients on these aren't bad, but there are darker chocolates that are smoother. These were pretty bitter/sour. I will slowly finish them, but I would not repurchase. They may be better actually used as melts or in things, instead of eaten by themselves.
