Poor quality and useless warranty.
Nice looking kettle, but after 12 months all the paint flakes off where the two different materials meet and it looks terrible. For over £100 this is really poor quality. Rangemaster warranty no use, they say it is wear and tear which is ridiculous for a cosmetic part of the appliance that is not damaged. Bit of a rip off really.

It’s not quiet and you can’t read the water line easily
I bought this expensive kettle after my previous one died because I had just bought a Rangemaster cooker, so I thought it would look good and be of the same quality. Also it promised a quiet boil, and our previous kettle had been quite noisy compared to others.It does look good in my opinion, and it’s easy to set up and manoeuvre. The scale filter is good and easy to remove and replace. However, it is certainly not a quiet boil as promised. It’s as loud as my previous kettle. The water line has become almost impossible to read now as it has permanently got condensation and limescale in it despite me descaling the kettle. It is a heavy kettle, so not suitable for anyone with weak hands/wrists. The boil time is also the same as my previous kettle, no quicker. Personally, I think it is overpriced for what it is, as I can’t see any advantages over cheaper kettles.
