Amazon Sells Defective Laptops & denies responsibility
I Needed a fast laptop to store a voice saving software as I am losing my voice to ALS.Dell Inspiron looked like a good choice but it would not power on. I contacted Amazon whoreferred me to DELL. DELL determined that the Amazon Vendor had installed an incompatableRAM for the laptop. When reported to Amazon I was told you can return but there is a 25% restocking Fee.If Amazon will not take responsibility for a Defective laptop how can they be trusted to sell any electronic equipment?????????
