I'm using this headset with a Polycom SoundPoint IP 650 and it works well. The sound quality is as good as using the handset and is vastly superior to speakerphone use. It comes with a few adapters but I didn't need to use them with my Polycom.One tip: The mute button must be held down to mute your voice; it doesn't operate as a toggle button, and it doesn't have an LED indicator. That's fine by me but not how I'd assumed it would operate the first time I used it.

I do not work at call center however my company has hired a large number of employees and we find ourselves using skype due to the lack of available conference rooms for our meetings. So I am not accustomed to using headsets like this, but it has become a necessity to getting business done without going home with constant ear pain. These headphones are excellent for my needs. I use them up to 3 hours in a day, and the clarity of sound and ease of use is fantastic. Before you purchase them, make sure they will fit your phone. The manual gives a large number of phones they are compatible with, but there is always the chance that your office uses a different jack for the headset connection. I have been using them for a month without any issues. I would buy these again.

I had to replace my headset on my Polycom VVX500 at my home office (my dog actually ate my old one). I was pleasantly surprised that the headset worked immediately with my phone with no adapter and without changing anything else. I could not assess the claims for noise cancellation. I called from the headset and left myself a message and the sound quality was not crystal clear but was acceptable.This is not an elegant headset like some others but it looks nice enough. More importantly, it works and was a good price. As you may guess, this is made in China (ugh).The headset came with 3 different adapters in case one was needed. My headset worked with the VVX500 straight out of the box though.

These are highly compatible to most dial pads which with all the different brands is a accomplishment. The cord is long enough, wide adjustment range, clear in coming and outgoing sound, and the cost make it a fairly simple choice for me. Its down falls are the mic only moves up and down limiting how far you can move from your mouth which is needed for those of us with a booming voice. My only other issue is the earpieces are (as expected) run of the mill hard foam ones. A upgrade in these will give you a much better experience by far. Over all these are easily 5 star in cost to functionality but for me drop to a 4 in comfort. It is a problem that is easy to correct though and be sure to remember the cost before scoring low.

Bought this headset for a Polycom VXX410 VOIP phone for Ring Central after shopping around pretty extensively. The headset is comfortable and has a good range of adjustment for the length of the earpieces (thus suiting bigger or smaller heads comfortably).The audio quality seems pretty good and I've done a few test calls- no one reporting that I sound distance or that the call has an echo or other call quality issues.The biggest drawback is the sensitivity of the microphone for its immediate vicinity (it doesn't seem to pick up ambient noise in the room which is great). If you breathe heavily, sniff your nose, exhale or inhale sharply, the mic picks it up. That issue is complicate because the position and curve of the mic is also fixed, meaning you can only get it away from your nose or mouth by tilting it steeply up (sitting over the tip of your nose) or steeply down (by your chin). Either way feels odd and may not work as well for people of varying face shapes.

I was expecting to plug this into the extra headset jack of my Polycom phone. The only way it worked was to disconnect the actual headset and replace it with this one. I had to change the adapters it came with until one finally worked.Working, it sounds great and people hear me clearly. I love being hands free now. The speaker pads are soft and comfortable to wear all day. The speakers also rotate so the headset works with the microphone on the left side or right side.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased these headsets for our office and have never been disappointed! They have great sound quality, they fit your head securely and last. Great price as well!

I have been using this headset everyday for over a year and everything works fine. It is a very decent headset for the price.

Leicht zu Installieren. Hören sehr gut.Das Mikrofon muss direkt vor den Mund, sonst hört der Gesprächspartner sofort schlechter. Andererseits werden Nebengeräusche so weniger stark übertragen. Auch nach längerem Tragen und bei Brille gut. Zwei Hörmuscheln schirmen Störgeräusche besser ab.
