Door handle fits 2017 x5 F15 but, you have to remove the door completely from the car to get the old handle out. The next issue I have is with the video. The video is super fast and lacks details, I had to hunt down the video on YouTube and even after slowing it down as much as I could, we had to rewind and guess what the instructor was showing several times prolonging the ordeal. Was production of the video costing you 30,000 a second to make? If you have dissembled doors before you should be fine. But this was my first time. 2nd grip I have with the product is the short screw that gets delivered with the handle, it is way too short and won't grip into anything. Because of those 2 issues removed I star. Otherwise product works minus one screw

Worked perfectly in my 2015 diesel X5

It looks and fits great but it doesn’t not come with the metal clips that are needed to hold the leather part on the handle you must remove them from the old handle and install them on this new handle if it will not work

Fits perfectly on my 2018 X5 , old one has a revit you need to brake before installing the new one , no need to remove door trim panel, just snap old one and screw the new one.

This item works fine! I have a 2015 X5 and getting the old sticky one out was a duke fest. It was easy to get the leather part off.....but I swear it took me over an hour to get the plastic sticky one out. We had to bust the old one out and then pick the plastic parts out. The easy part was installing the new one. Glad I did it, as the old one was a serious BMW mistake/miscalculation on their part. What a mess!
