Quick, versatile, and addictive texture!
Cooks extremely quickly and you can make them taste like anything: scallions, chicken broth, sesame oil, shaoxing, garlic, ginger. The texture is absolutely addictive. I have been looking for this exact RICE noodle for a while. I break them length wise into thirds personally.I add shredded chicken breast. I am going to use these in a "rice noodle fried rice" next. I am ordering twice as many as last time. You can pre-cook and keep in fridge. Then pull as you need and pan fry or stir fry.

QUICK to fully cook these thin rice noodles
These noodles are great for any dish; we bring water or chicken broth, salt etc. to a boil (with some added butter for taste and keep the pan from 'boiling over"), add the noodles and totally turn the heat off. The residual heat easily cooks the very thin noodles.

The Missing Noodles
It supposed to be 5 stars, but instead of three packages, I only received 2 packages. I will use the noodles maybe next week to cook noodles with chicken and vegetables.

Great product, bad price.
I thought this was a case price and didn't realize it was a per package price. That is on me. These are available at our local Asian market for $1.79 a piece. I thought I was getting 4 cases so VERY surprised to get 4 packages, Don't be robbed....shop around.
