They play for the most part
If you're looking for high-quality chanter reeds to play at Edinburgh Castle, go buy some. These are just...cane reeds. They go in your bagpipe chanter, and you play music. Mostly. Out of the six in the pack I ordered, two of them were practically useless. I may be able to poke, prod and scrape them into working okay, then relegate them to my "practice and spare parts" bin. At least I got 4 working cane reeds for cheap. That's not bad at all, actually.Not the best, but some of them work, so three stars.

RIP-OFF
A total waste of money. Not one, none, nil, zero, of the 6 reeds worked. I guess one gets "lack" of value for the money. Don't waste it on this product.
