Toshiba 650 L Frost Free Inverter 4-Door Refrigerator (GR-RF646WE-PGI, Classy Blue Glass Door Finish, Futuristic Plasma + Pure Technology) (GR-RF646WE-PGI(24))

Product looks very elegant in my dining space. Has a large interior space for a big family. I have used other big brands of refrigerators in past(won’t name them). Build quality of toshiba is far better and solid than those. Toshiba 650ltrs weighs a ton but it can be easily moved from installed position to new due to provided wheel design, which works great for the huge weight of this refrigerator and that’s great.Back side of refrigerator is completely closed with metal plate (not plastic) and only power chord is visible outside. So if you have pest issues at home they won’t be able to chew the internally.Refrigerator’s Rated Voltage is AC220-240V, So you will need a stabiliser in case there is a voltage fluctuation at site.Rated Current/Power is 1.9A / 263W which is very low for this size of Refrigerator. Also this is a inverter Refrigerator. Last refrigerator which I had of 450ltrs was 1.7A/255W. So there will not be much difference in power consumption. I used stabiliser of my old refrigerator V-Guard VGSD100 which has a power output of 4A more than double the rated 1.9A of toshiba refrigerator. Although V-Guard say to use it only for stabiliser up to 600Ltrs but current consumption of toshiba is far less for its size.Over all a good purchase if you are looking for a large French door refrigerator.

I like product I am making mind for this fridge but please reply me for door or child lock if it contains.

I bought this Toshiba Refrigerator thinking it would work for.me for many years.It started giving me hassles in the first year itself. I contacted the retailer and it went back and fouth. They tried to help but no help from Midea how are the support for Toshiba Pan India. The fridge is now past warranty and issues with cooling have not been resolved. I even paid these so called technicians now to come and resolve the issue.They don't seem to have a clue.It's a horrible experience.Stay away....from this Product and brand at least in India to be fair.RonPune

The customer service team is very rude and slow... They talk and treat the customer's very unprofessional lly.. bought fridge in the year so far 2 times it got damaged.. it say no no stabilizer but the card got fused and they charged heavy amount of 4500/-- and 2 nd time I am waiting for someone and assess the damage and give me a solution... I wish they did not recommended this such a low quality product on such and expensive price..

Purchased in May,2022. Model GR-RF646WE-PGI(24) has defect of curvature in Refrigerator door shutters. Poor after sales service. Toshiba Toll free number executives have limited functionality & never let you communicate with decision maker in their hierarchy.

Good fridge, value for money. Initial performance is very good. Very low noise. Few points to be considered.1. In fridge section no split racks, difficult to store tall Indian house hold vessels.2. Power cable length is too short ( cost saving !!), if you have power outlet left side of the fridge, it can’t reach… power point must be from right side of your fridge. Since power cable comes from bottom of fridge, it’s extremely difficult to reach top or left side power outlets, what a blunder !!!3. No indication of power ‘ON’ status in front panel. Every time you must open and see instead to know power ON or OFF. Not even a small led blinking to denote the fridge on status.
