Q: What type of full, down alternative or fiber fill?

label says 100% polyester fill. Made by Holllander sleep products of Florida. Very nice pillows I have 3 of these and they are mold able and, have not gone flat in over 4 years as of yet.

Q: Are these pillows firm or soft or medium?

Definitely not firm. They are meant to simulate 100% down pillows so I'd use that as a reference. I'm not sure what a medium pillow is, but a mixed feather/down pillow is firmer than 100% down.

Q: Are these pillows stuffed with hundreds of little pieces of cut up batting so you can mold to the shape u want?

I don’t think so but they are easy to mold into the perfect shape. I’m very pillow picky and I love these pillows.
