I’m a first-time reason user here and this stuff is great! No bubbles and the slow setting, self-leveling feature of this reason helped me by giving me the time I needed to get it where I wanted it to be before it set. I like the food safe bit as well. Will be doing more with this stuff.

I use it for custom mugs, benches and carbon fiber work. Low viscosity allows for a great resin to weight ratio in a vacuum setup. It's a very flexible coating that flows well. Although it has a long cure compared to other resins it stays clear unlike some that have a light yellow tint. If you want a shorter cure they make that (and I use it for setup MAX CLR FAST) as well but this is my go to for a final pour on any project. I do still topcoat with a UV Clear coat paint as a final preventative but I have some CF parts that sit in daylight for 2+ years and had not yellowed at all.

Designed and 3d printed some lids to hold air locks for my ferments. 3d printed items are inherently not food safe because of gaps between layers. I coated them with this resin to fill in the gaps and make them food safe. Worked great for that application.A little bit goes a long way and it didn’t have a strong odor at all. I was expecting it to be very smelly but I could barely smell any odor at all. I did wear the recommended gloves and eye protection.

I make wooden mugs and other items with mostly exotic hardwoods. I typically use a product to seal the object that is equal parts of resin and the results are good. Thought I would try this 2 to 1 product. Ultimately, it does work, but there are a couple issues you should consider before use. Both issues for me are related directly to how thin this product is. First, since I do not have a flat/level surface, no matter how long I 'turn' the mugs while waiting for it to partially cure, the product always runs leaving a very thin surface on the lip (sometimes no product remains) and very think on the bottom. Second, this stuff will actually leach through the wood grain on many woods (zebrawood is a great example). So, if you are going to use this, make sure you test it first.

It functions like most Resins, but one thing I noticed was it has almost no chemical stink. I used it to coat some drinking horns and its worked great.

Super clear, very high gloss finish. Take your time mixing and follow the mixing directions. Make sure the surface is very clean and oil free. Be patient, plan ahead and you will not be disappointed using this product.
