This Gi makes number four for me (all different brands) and I think I may have found a brand that I would stick to. This Gi seems to combine features I like from my other Gi. Its very lightweight (good for southern California) fits well, seems sturdy, and has little details like the built in rash guard that show that the manufacturer spent some time thinking about their product.Plus they seem to be a smaller local company and I like to support that when I can

This gi is worth every penny. The jacket feels sturdy but flexible at the same time, the pants are light but feel very strong. I did a little research on the size before buying because is my first gi in a very long time (15 years) and I had no reference at all, so I hope someone finds this helpful. I am 5'11", 170lbs, I got the A1L and the fit feels perfect, the edge of the sleeve is right at the level of the wrist while the hands are down at standing position and go about 1 inch lower if arms are extended to the sides. I haven't wash it yet, not sure how much it will shrink. But to me, really, it already fits perfectly. I guess the infamous wash shrink should make it fit even better.

Nice job with packing and presentation. Good looking Gi with clean lines and stitching. Branding is minimal and fit is comfortable inside. The built in rash guard around the neck is a nice touch.Right out of the bag it had a very rough and stiff exterior pearl weave that would wreck you or your teammates skin if not softened. Surprised how crisp and sharp it was. Stiffness is expected but this was not comfortable at all. After a couple of washes and some rolling it loosened up but still needs work before it touches your rolling partners face. Almost feels stale if that makes sense.Pants are nice rip stop material and fit well. Material is light and moves well.Bought this and an Origin Gi at the same time for comparison. Cost difference around +$75 for the Origin. Presentation and packaging on the Origin not as nice and the stitching is not pretty. Not pretty at all. It’s got a “rough around the edges“ look. But as soon as you grab it and put it on, it is magic. Pretty sure it’s made out of Unicorn and Sasquatch hair. The packaging and stitching immediately became irrelevant. If you can spend the extra money get the Origin. The difference is unarguable. Night and day.Also have a Fuji which might be my favorite to wear. The Fuji Gi is much softer and more pliable than this Foundation and Origin Gi right out of the bag. Price is comparable to the Foundation.I’m 5’10”, 190lb, slim and an A2H fit right.No belt included so purchase separately.The Foundation Gi was made in China which was unexpected. The belt was made in Pakistan as expected. Might be a dealbreaker for some.

This is the beat fitting gi ive had so far. Im 6’-3, 225, athletic build and the A3 fits perfect. The A3l was just a bit too long in the jacket and sleeves.

I have purchased a few different gis recently from different brands and I believe this one is my favorite. I am 5'8 and 190 i debated on getting an a2h because of how broad shoulders are but this a2 fit perfect. I have a few team mates that have begun using these and now I see why. I highly recommend!!!!

Fitment is great. Design is awesome. Fabric on pants is ripstop, very abrasive. Fabric on sleeves is ultra-crispy. High price for product made in china. Found better alternatives that are more comfortable. Should cost $70 max to complete with similar products.
