30 Personna Platinum Double Edge Razor Blades

Delivered on time. I’ve used these blades before. They are smooth, sharp and forgiving regardless of which razor I’ve put them in. Especially nice in my Edwin Jagger DE89.

So far so good. I've only shaved 4 times with the same blade, but it cuts just like the first time I used it. Blades are extremely sharp.

I recently returned to using a Double Edge razor after an almost 50 year hiatus. Looking for that "Go To" blade to use for most shaves. Wanted to try these because although they are labeled as Israeli Blues, these Personna Platinums are now made in Germany, a country with a reputation for producing high quality steel. I am four shaves into my first blade from the package using a 1968 Gillette Slim Adjustable. The shaves have been smooth and comfortable with no pulling or tugging. I have not experienced any cuts, nicks, weepers, or irritation. I'll probably order a 100 count supply when these are running out, but want to compare them to the Comfort Coated Personna Lab Blues before I do.

If you've never used a safety razor these are good to start with, but if you are use Astra and want to try something else you'll want to skip these. I use Astra and was wondering how other blades compared. I did a search for "best safety razor blades" and these came up as one of the best. They are ok, but they start out feeling like they've been used 3 times. Maybe 2 shaves and the played really pulls my stubble.

Great razor for a bargain price. There’s a learning curve to this type of razor but the payoff is big. Closer shaves and a ton of savings.

These blades provide a smooth and long lasting shave when used in my Henson razor. I can normally get at least five and sometimes six shaves from them before having to replace the blade. They provide me the most comfortable shave for me among the blades I have tried. All will give you 2-3 really good shaves, and with some brands that's about all you get. Not so with these. Not that price is a big factor, but why shouldn't it be? I like them and will continue to use them in the months and years ahead. More for the quality of shave than their longer lasting abilities.

I'm getting a great shave with these no matter which my safety razors I use. I'm managing 3 shaves per half blade with my Leaf Twig. And the same with my Rockwell T2 and 6C.
