Really works
These pimple patches work great. They are easy to use and they really work. They are perfect size to cover that pesky pimple and stick great. They do not stink or irritate the skin. You get a decent amount for the money.

Affordable Option with Potential, But Adhesive and Residue Could Improve
The Microdart Acne Patch is a promising product with a blend of hyaluronate, salicylic acid, and vitamin C, designed to target deep, early-stage pimples. While the microdart technology aims to penetrate and treat stubborn blemishes more effectively than standard patches, the adhesive performance falls short. The patches don’t adhere as securely as other brands, which can limit their effectiveness, especially if applied overnight or during activity.Another drawback is the white residue left behind after removal. This solvent-like buildup can feel inconvenient compared to the clean removal of similar products. That said, the lower price point compared to other microdart patches makes these more accessible, and if the adhesive and residue issues were resolved, they could be a cost-effective alternative.Overall, while the Microdart Acne Patch has potential with its active ingredients and microdart design, its adhesion and residue issues prevent it from being a standout choice.

Great ingredients
I’ve tried this microdart pimple patch with great ingredients as Hyaluronate, Salicylic Acid and Vitamin C on the hidden pimple during the night and it really helped to reduce the size of it.

The worst.
They don’t stay on. They don’t absorb anything. They don’t do what they’re supposed to do. They peel up within a couple minutes even after I cleansed the area w/ alcohol like I do w/ the other brand i usually use & those will stay on for days & they actually absorb all of the gunk & shrink the size of cystic pimples within hours. Also, none of the patches are centered right. So there’s always one side if the edge that has a smaller strip of adhesive than the other. So that’s why they don’t stay on. They’re literally all like that. Not one of them has the microdart part in the center. Maybe these are just defective but both packages are like that. They’re also smaller than the others I’ve tried. Overall not great quality & virtually useless…

Perforate and remove backing first- don’t try to peel off without this step
You have to remove them properly- make sure you perforate the backing first. Don’t be like me and just try to peel them off. It’s too easy to remove them from the wrong side and get them messed up.
