The ukulele looks great and sounds great too. I plugged it into a small amp and it provided good sound. I'm new at this and wanted to get something good and affordable - this fit the bill. I like that there's a built in tuner too. I was easy to tune and love the size of it — all and all—love!

Beautiful Ukulele! Well made, sounds excellent, easy to play low action, free strap, picks, and extra strings. Has a built in digital tuner and it can also be connected to a guitar amp if needed. I did not buy the combo kit with the amp so can only speak to just the ukulele but I’m very happy with this purchase!

The amp has a constant buzzing. It is also quieter than the ukelele on its own unless it is at max volume.

If you're looking for a nice acoustic electric Ukulele to start with, that won't break the bank, this is a great little package. It's attractive, has good sound and a nice built-in tuner that runs off a couple CR2032 batteries (which were included). It came with a nice carrying case, a nice strap, a handful of pics and a two-month free subscription to Uke lessons online. It's well finished and light-weight, yet doesn't feel cheap. I'm not a sound expert, but I plugged it into an amp and also listened through earbuds and it sounded nice. Being a beginner guitar player, I'm not sure if the strings are nice or if they're less expensive ones, sorry. I look forward to learning some tunes on this!

The ukulele showed up in good condition, it was already in the case when I got the box. The strap was not the checkered one showen in the picture. It was a brown and tan stripped one. The picks aren't the same color either, I got two thin picks. White and purple. Two thicker picks. Black and yellow.I put the batteries in the ukulele for the amp and followed the instructions, made sure the amp was on AND CHARGED! (there's also a battery for the small amp)The amp works, however it don't work WITH the ukulele. I plugged it in and I git just static, I plugged the amp into my phone and it worked. No issues. Its a nice amp, its loud. It just don't work with the ukulele for some reason. I'm not sure how or why, I sat with my boyfriend on youtube and google for an hour trying to figure out how to get it too work. Still don't want to connect to the ukulele, I'm not sure if the ukulele itself has something wrong with the wiring but 7/10.The free lessons with the whole set up is nice. The tuning was easy to do with the build in tuner. Over all I love the ukulele, it looks durable, it looks like its in mint condition.I wouldn't recommend buying this for the amp itself bc some of the other reviews are 50/50 but other than that. Its not bad.Hope this is helpful

Amazing uke! I love the built-in pickup that allows it to be amplified. A coupla CR2032 batteries (included) power the pre-amp, and the built-in TUNER as well! Very handy. The tone is great, the strap is very handy, the finish is attractive. The gig bag is also very handy. I hang my musical instruments on the wall (within reason), and I'm proud to hang this ukulele on my wall, and play it every chance I get! Also includes picks (I usually just use my thumb, though) and a tiny amplifier, which sounds great for an amp that runs on a 9V battery (adapter also included). For the price, you can scarcely beat the quality. Highest recommendation for beginners and experts alike! Play it LOUD!

Nice looking and sounding Uke: until you plug it in. Dull sounding and connection crackles (with numerous cables I tried) on various amps I plugged into. Also: the tuner stopped working after two months.Going to donate it to a beginner to start to learn basics with.

There is pretty wide variety of entry level ukuleles on Amazon, but I don't think you'll be disappointed with this one. Sound is clean, the tuning pegs feel good and the wood and finish look great. Your forearm will appreciate the comfort of the beveled edge. If you happen to need to plug in to an amp for a party or show, this actually sounds pretty good amplified. Add some distortion and cover your favorite metal band! My only minor complaint is the built in tuner...seems like it snaps to the center (in tune) position sooner than I'd like, leaving you a bit sharp or flat. However, if you don't already have a free tuning app for that on your phone, stop reading this and get one!
