The Charger has stopped working it after 5 week
After 5 weeks it stopped charging properly. I have not contacted you for a refund before because my husband has a serious illness end of life in hospital.The charger seems to have become loose. Does not charge, I am very disappointed.I wish to have a refund as a good will.Thank youMrs Williams

Careful with those amps!
I ordered this for my Inspiron 15-7000 Gaming Laptop. Unfortunately, this charger is only for the Inspiron 15-7000. The Gaming Laptop requires 19.5V 6.7A, 130W which is a good deal more than the 19.5V, 3.34A, 60W that this charger provides (and, of course, the tip is WAY too small on this one). So, my lesson when in a frantic hurry to replace my charger for my work laptop: take a deep breath and don't assume a gaming system uses the same charger as the generic system.
