Ordered this Hue Spotlights set. Upon opening, it appeared that one of the plastic retaining rings had its clip broken off. All three rings were loose in the box. This is not how these are normally packaged. The box itself appeared in a condition as if it had been opened before (I'm pretty sure it was...). For a price tag of almost €180 I expected to receive a new and unopened set!! This is unacceptable.Sent it back for a replacement. Let's see if that one arrives in one piece and hadn't been opened before.
