JuraE8 Automatic Espresso Machine

Where to start...? So much to say about this fantastic machine. We did a lot of research and really balked at investing in this machine. But now that we've had it for a month, we just couldn't be happier with the purchase. Great coffee, lots of options, wonderful steamed milk, ingenious design, quality workmanship and eye catching design. Hard to believe that this is probably the most we've spent on ANY appliance, but it is so worth it!

This replaced an older Jurra we had for better than 12 years. Appreciate the technical updates that have been designed into todays versions. The foaming system is much improved.

The machine was shipped in a Russian nesting doll amount of boxes. It arrived very safely in that. I easily turned it on and got it going. I need to make an extra recycling run for those boxes though. It makes great espresso drinks. I do wish the screen showed words as well as pictures of the drinks but I'm starting to memorize them.

This is NOT my first Jura. After 15 years and a couple of repairs, I decided to invest into a new machine. The set up was more difficult, the book not helpful and You Tube we weren't looking at the same menu. I called Jura several times over 10 day and left message, no call back. I was just about to send the machine back and I came across Jura's email. This was the last resort for me. I got a call back the next day and since I didn't have the machine in front of me, I asked for a call back the next morning. The customer service rep was awesome, called back as promised, and helped me to set up machine. I didn't know that they were different models Jura E8. Super happy now.

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to receive my new Jura E8…I’ve had a Jura E8 for the past 17 years…yes 17 years, finally it gave up, as it should…and it was time to invest in a new one. Although expensive, it’s worth every penny. Hopefully this one will last just as long. The coffee is perfection! My only surprise was the color, I thought it would be a more dull silver, it’s not, it’s bright chrome.

I bought an E8 two years ago to keep at work for the team to use, and I love it so much, I bought another to keep at home. The first one has made over a thousand drinks in the two years that I’ve had it. This latest model has a few upgrades that I’m loving so far. Highly recommend!

I bought this unit, my 3rd jura, and overall do like the unit, but the filter was defective, so I called Jura and was informed that this seller is an unauthorized seller and therefore my warranty is invalid. Buy elsewhere.

Two different friends recommended this machine. One of them has used a Jura for over 8 years and sold it for 60% of what he had paid. He never had any issues, machine performed 100%.We enjoy our coffee, capuchinos etc very much.
