This knife is remarkable, it came beautiful packaged. The wooden box was beautiful itself but the knife blew my mind. Razor sharp edge, mirror polish, and insane detail. I use this knife for everything. It will be my favorite. I honestly care for this knife so much my girlfriend is a bit jealous. BUY THIS KNIFE!!!!!

Very poor condition. The knife itself not sharp enough, the box fixed with tape and was dirty.I don't recommend

I really loved this knife the second I unboxed it. Wonderful weight, the handle is a great length, the knife is balanced rather well. For the price I cannot believe I snagged it. I took it to work with me, sharpened it up on my Tri-Stone, and used it to mow through a few cases of crookneck squash and zucchini. The blade did not need to be honed after about 30 minutes of use on a plastic cutting board, which is amazing to me. It did not show any signs of rust or any issues on the "forged" portion of the knife and it is just such a beast. I took it out of the nice sheath it came with at work and the other cooks were envious to say the least.

This knife looks amazing for starters. It fits perfectly in my hand. It’s comfortable and it cuts with ease. I am glad that I added this to my collection and I am looking for to adding more Vetus knives to my collection.

For the price, this is a "decent" knife. It cuts well out of the box, and looks nice. I got this around a year ago and it came with a wood handle and was as pictured and described. My biggest problem with this knife is that it cuts me. I use knives everyday, all the the time. for some reason, this one always bites me when chopping vegetables. I now only really use it as more of a breaking knife or serving knife.

Not my first time ordering from Vetus and definitely won't be my last. Always top notch quality.
