During my recent trip to Italy, I sought a hairdryer that was comparable to my Shark model but compatible with European voltage and plugs. As someone who travels frequently, I had been contemplating the purchase of a European-compatible hairdryer for quite some time, recognizing it as a practical investment.I have curly hair that does not air-dry well; left to its own devices, it tends to frizz, especially in colder months like February. My sister-in-law recommended a particular hairdryer that, while featuring slightly stiffer bristles, proved to be very effective for my needs.I was pleasantly surprised by its performance and am very satisfied with my choice. I have since recommended this hairdryer to friends who travel, suggesting they either consider purchasing their own or borrowing mine. Additionally, it comes with a plug that supports compatibility across at least five different countries, enhancing its value for international travelers.

I bought this with trepidation based on reviews for a two week trip to Portugal. It worked perfectly- no complaints . Only had one older property where the included adapter didn’t fit, but it worked fine with the adapter I brought along so no worries.Regarding the noise, I really can’t relate to some of the complaints as even the highest setting is quieter than my go-to Revlon brush which can give a jumbo jet a run for its money. Also, the bristles are waaaaay less “grabby” than my Revlon making this my new go-to device.My use is still relatively new, so as to durability I won’t comment, but I can say this does work as a dual-voltage, good for Europe, travel device.

Lived in Europe for 5 months and this worked perfectly across all the countries I visited. Does not live up to the drybar brush but it gets the job done.

The hair dryer works perfectly in all EU places. Also the seller reached out to make sure I knew how to use it properly which I very much appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Works great but it will burn your hair on high. Need a good oil conditioner like CHI on hair to keep it from the burn and frizzies. Works on Europe current. Has an adapter that failed after one use, so bring your own to Europe. If dry hair on low setting, it will take longer but then no burn and can finish off with cool air..

Needed a dryer like this for trip to Europe and it’s perfect. Lightweight, works fast and easy to use. Of not, it didn’t work with my original voltage converter but it comes with one of its own and has worked perfectly with that one so make sure to bring it along even if you have one of your own.

The Brush worked great on my travels to Italy. Easy to use as the converter is connected. Do note that in Italy they use both 2 prong and 3 prong outlets. Every hotel I stayed at had both available so I did not run into any issue except for the fact that the 2 prong was sometimes located in a spot that was undesirable for drying hair. The dryer could use more power. I have thick mid length hair. Does not work as well as my Revlon brush I use at home but works for a week worth of travel.
