What can I say. This phone is very easy to use even for aging parents who have grown fat and wealthy through the analogue years and have suffered brutally from the digital revolution. This phone can be set up for a contact to be called via the touch of a single button. It is a great phone unless you have a mother like mine who a) never has the phone turned on, b) never has the phone charged so you can't turn it on and c) thinks you could vaporise the cat if you pressed the wrong button. I have explained how to "press the single button on the back to call me" on so many occasions and I have even written on the back in large bold lettering 'PRESS TO CALL DAN' with a large arrow pointing to the button. The last time i tried to explain 'pressing a button' her exasperated dog snatched the phone out of my hands and tried to communicate the procedure. The last time I went round there the dog shook its head at me as i came through the front door and I understood I was not to ever bring the subject up again.

The phone was bought for my 91 year old mum to replace her broken one . However the capital N does not work other letter keys do not work either . the keeps going to 24 hr format after i changed it to 12 hr format also i changed the AM to PM and it reverted to AM again ( It was not easy to change to AM OR PM . i am very disappointed with the phone as it was a Christmas present VALUE FOR MONEY NO STARS BUT IT WON'T ALLOW ME TO PUT NO STARS

My parents find this phone very easy to use. Didn’t realise it was refurbished when ordered my error. But in great condition and perfect for them.

Having bought my Dad one of these phones I wanted to buy Mum one too but in a different colour. I couldn’t afford the a brand new one so took a chance on this pre-owned one. Happy with the phone, great quality. Deliver prompt, happy customer.

This model of phone is easy to use, my elderly father has no problems with it, his previous one got damaged so got him this one, refurbished but in poor condition, the phone was really dirty and had chocolate and crumbs all over it, Also the phone didn't work, wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge, had to purchase a new battery for the phone

Really great backup phone. Could also be main phone if you don’t need all those modern phone function! Surprisingly good and great value.
