Excellent . Use this daily for muscle growth and fat loss..my gains are up..takes 3 weeks to notice results after trg hard 4 -5 times a week and eating clean . Getting pbs daily with progressive overload..had bloods done recently and reversed an abnormality I had. Highly recommend. I jave upped my dosage t9 1500 mg as well. Which is safe (1.5grams )

I have recently started taking TMG as I have read the benefits in relation to muscle loss and exercise. Of course it is up to individuals to decide if it is suitable for themselves.I am pleased to see that this supplement is manufactured in the UK in a facility adopting GMP (good manufacturing protocols).The serving size is one to two medium size capsules daily and there are 30 in the envelope which is resealable. The capsules have use before date of 12/26. I found them easy and convenient to swallow.

These vegan capsules are pretty much the standard size and shape that most food supplements look like. I use and have tried a few.For me I found the capsules easy to swallow thanks to their sizing and their taste. They didn’t seem to taste of anything. The labelling says the product is suitable for vegetarians which aligns with my needs.I’m trying TMG for the first time. I did initially have some concerns as I’m being investigated for a slight liver issue, but the reading up on TMG seems to suggest that it could be beneficial for liver health if taken in moderation. I’ve read that our bodies produce TMG naturally from certain foods (some of which I have to avoid for medical reasons so, in my case I may need a boost, due to my weightlifting hobby.Taking two of these capsules is well below the maximum recommended dose, provided of course you’re not having too many foods high in TMG. I suspect the 500mg per capsule dosage is sufficient for people on a normal diet. I’m just taking one.I think it’ll be a while before the benefits kick in, so I’m not expecting anything dramatic in these first few days of use.The packaging is a plastic kind of pouch with a resealable strip which is a bit faffy to reseal. The labelling is clear. Importantly I’ve had no tummy troubles with these.Reasonably priced for a trial size. I usually buy my supplements in bulk to save a bit of cash so if I continue with this I might look to save by buying a larger sized product pack.
