First of all, to all prospective buyers, I'll highlight the main differences between the SUPERB model and GO model which is not clearly highlighted and one has to go through the details to spot the reason for the Rs. 1.5k price differencea. SUPERB model has a Class 4 gas lift while the GO model has a Class 3 gas lift. Class 4 is more durable and can support higher weights. Since gas lifts are usually the first to fail, so it is better to invest in this.b. The SUPERB model has a metal wheel base, while the GO model has a nylon wheel base. The nylon base is not bad and will last for many years, but definitely a metal base will be more durable.I am using the SUPERB model. Here are the the pros and cons which is being written after 1 month of usage:Cons:1. The lumbar support is too protruded, even at the minimum setting. I tried adjusting it in all possible vertical positions, but could not find any solution. This was starting to hurt my back and I was starting to feel extremely annoyed and was losing focus on the task due to the nagging pain. The entire back of the chair comes assembled and I couldn't figure out a way to remove the lumbar support. Finally I decided to contact customer support and (this is a pro) they replied in one day with a video on how the lumbar support can be removed (attached with this review). The video given was for a different model chair, but it works for this model also.2. The assembly process is definitely a 2 man job, especially if you don't have a stool which is as high as the length of the chair back which comes pre-assembled. What I need to highlight here is that the bolts are not provided with any washers. So what happens is that when you tighten the bolts which are metallic, you can observe that the bolts will start crushing the screw holes in the chair back slots which is made of hard plastic. So before you assemble, it is better that you purchase small metal washers (12 nos) from the nearby hardware store (take a bolt with you) which will cost you less than Rs.30 but may increase the reliability of the chair.Pros:1. The packaging is very good and all components were well packed and protected with clear instructions on the assembly process.2. The tilt mechanism (both seat and back tilts together as a single piece) is very versatile with a tilt lock provision, which is very useful if you want to lean back and read something (provided your table has a footrest).3. Once I removed the lumbar support, the chair is very comfortable and even after sitting for hours in a fan cooled room with relative humidity above 65%, there is no sweat accumulation and it feels nice and cool.4. The customer care responds quickly (in 24hrs) and provided the solution by the next day.

Good product but has some scratches at the bottom

I was initially impressed by the positive reviews and the budget-friendly price (₹6000), so I went ahead and bought this chair expecting it to be a great deal. It looked good on paper comfortable, affordable, well-rated. But the reality was a nightmare.Within just 2–3 days of using the chair, I experienced severe back pain for the first time in my life, along with neck and shoulder discomfort. It got so bad that I had to visit the hospital. The doctor clearly advised me to stop using this chair immediately. That’s how damaging it was to my health.This chair might seem cheap and accessible, but the real cost is the physical damage it can cause. No amount of savings is worth risking your health. I deeply regret this purchase. Please be cautious this product is not ergonomically safe and definitely not worth the positive hype.Avoid at all costs.

Shoulder pain due to incorrect height of hand rests.

This is just a below average chair. Mesh is not strong enough, product plastic material is not high quality. And when you lean over back, you have only one locking angle. And the sitting platform is very small. My height is just 5.4” ft tall and it’s feeling very difficult to sit comfortable for long time. As the platform is too small. And headrest is helpful only for taller ppl who are above 5.6” tall and not for shorter ppl. You also see this paint coming off within 1 week
