These things are pricey, no doubt, but they look great when assembled. I did order the extra wrench, but found that it came with something else in the kit. The one ordered was longer and better quality so I kept it. No problems with assembly. Saw one review that said the posts bent when they were tightening the wire rails. Not sure how that is possible unless they didn't attach the hand rail first. With no hand rail to hold it all together it absolutely won't work. I made my handrail out of a long scrap piece of the butcher block countertop so it would match.

The bottom cable to touching the stairs but I wanted to make sure they posts with centered with the step. Anyway it's an easy process just tedious dealing with the small tighteners. Some of them strip so don't tighten too hard and keep an extra 2.5mm Allen wrench due to it rounding eventually. It doesn't come with extra tightener screws either.Muzuta makes a great system that is way more affordable than other companies. Their customer service is excellent also ! I was missing the tensioners for the CB05 and they sent the missing parts within 3 days! The prices are a little high for smaller pieces but it's still better than the bigger companies.

They were pretty easy to put in. Ended up being pretty sturdy, for a cable rail, even before I put the top rail on.

Over the years I have installed many different railing systems. This is by far the best looking and easiest to install. What I like best is the invisible tensioning hardware, especially the type for wood posts. I have used both metal and wood post installations and both work great. Pretty ingenious I have to say.If there were one improvement I'd suggest, it is this (if it was considered and rejected I'd be curious to hear the reason). The tiny set screws that fasten the cable in place have flat bottoms instead of spiked ones. Spiked ends would dig into the cable rather than just press against it. I had a puppy run into the railing and ripped the cable right out of the retaining sleeves. I don't think that could have happened with spiked ends.Otherwise I highly recommend this product. By the way, their customer service is phenomenal in their quick and effective response.

This needed so many parts, even my contractor couldn’t figure it out. Other stuff was on back order and they now won’t give me a refund.

Muzata website provides good how to videos, plus there are also tips provided by other sites helped in avoiding any short cuts or install challenges. Intermediate DIY, but not complicated.

We ordered a set of supplies to complete a cable handrail in our house. A few pieces were missing from the set. We contacted customer service and spoke with Brandon. He went out of his way to make sure we got the missing pieces in a timely manner. All of the railing pieces were of good quality. We are very happy with this product!
