Perfect with resistance bands
Building and fixing this takes some effort - which shows why I need it! - but it's worth it. With the use of resistance bands you can create a dip and pull up assist, reducing the resistance of the bands as you get stronger. If you're lucky enough to not need the bands I guess it's even better! The assembly instructions are good too.
