Thermostatic rigulator stuck
I recently purchased two of your Thermostatic Bath Shower Mixer Taps,NewEast Modern Chrome , and while they were initially working fine, one of them has now broken. The thermostatic regulator is stuck on high temperature and cannot be adjusted anymore. I have been searching for a replacement cartridge to avoid changing the entire tap, but it appears that NewEast does not manufacture spare parts.I am disappointed that the item only lasted a couple of months. :(((

Really like this product. Replaced my old shower unit with this. Performance is good. The temperature control is really good. Easy installation.

Nath shower mixer not work
The media could not be loaded. Nath shower mixer not work. The button that switches moves up and down, but water does not shift from shower to bath. Please see video. It’s shows water coming down and not switching. I Joe need to pay plumber again to fit a new one. Please can I have a replacement?
