They're ok. Not pro grade.
The first cut was ok. The 2nd cut took a little more work. If you're using them once they're probably fine. I would definitely not get these if you're a pro or plan on using them multiple times.

Waste of money
Biggest piece of garbage. They are not sharp. They will it not even cut a piece of hair. It's a waste of money.

Best cigar cutters for the money.
When my third daughter was born they cut through the cord without an unreasonable amount of pressure. When I lit up a celebratory Cohiba Red Dot Robusto the scissors cut very well.

Fine not great
Used to cut the umbilical cord at my home birth. They didn’t even cut all the way thru. Took a bit more chopping at it then was preferred. They were cheap so whatever we got it done but maybe kitchen scissors would have been more effective.

Buyer Beware!
These scissors did not/will not/cannot cut puppy umbilical cords. They failed during a very critical moment whelping a puppy. They just mashed the umbilical cord repeatedly and made a huge bloody mess of the cord. I had to use my kitchen shears as a last minute option. I am returning and finding something more reliable.
