ZOJIRUSHICD-NAC50BM Micom Water Boiler and Warmer (5-Liter, Metallic Black)

I still have to learn all the capabilities via the guidebook. But liking it so far. At first I was annoyed the Amazon didn’t offer a price adjustment and I thought the 5L was huge. Nah, it’s completely convenient and the water is always ready even the next day without a refill.

This is a replacement for the one I bought 15 years ago. This brand makes reliable products. The reason I need a replacement is the rubber seal is broken. I used this every day.

For a product that my family and I make use of every single day, morning and night, this new model of the Zojirushi Micom is EXACTLY what we've been looking for. First off, the water boiler is made in Japan, which offers me a lot of reassurance that I can look forward to a water boiler that won't stop working within half a year. Upon opening the package, I could tell that the model was formidable. The instructions on the manual are extremely easy to follow and the water boiler even has a cute ringtone that occurs whenever the water has reached its set temperature. I've had no issues so far and the temperature control definitely works as I had hoped. Will continue purchasing from Zojirushi in the future!

This is a fantastic appliance for my business. Holding 5L of water at a time has been very helpful, so that I don’t have to think about reboiling a kettle for a long time because it holds so much. Easy unlock and pouring feature. Very happy with this kettle!

Would give it 5 stars but no one trusts 5 stars. This is a great product. Hot water and different temps works great for us. Safety feature is easy to navigate. Love that it wasn't made in China.
