I use it to write my novel and it’s very fast I really love this product i recommend it to anyone it’s worth the money $.

I bought one of these several years ago. I had previously had computers with Celeron processors and I thought they were a little slow, but I'm not a gamer so I didn't care much. This one, I guess because it has an SSD hard drive, is pretty snappy. Not top-of-the-line swift, but impressive. I did max out the RAM at 16 Gigs to help things along. It serves me well and I can recommend without hesitation for non-gaming folks.

Came with Windows 10 not 11 as advertised. Minor issue for me, bought this for my aunt. Barely turned it on though so I'll update with any other issues.

I just needed a basic but reliable desktop PC for casual internet work, and this one fit the bill perfectly. It provides a surprising level of technology for a very thrifty price, and is a perfect match for my modest needs. It was very easy to set up, and has worked beautifully from day one.

I bought this PC for my mother-in-law she got it fast and it was packaged well. However, when she unpacked it and went to activate windows she couldn't activate it. We called Amazon who referred us to Acer called Acer who said they only offer hardware support, not software. Then claimed it was out of warranty even though it was bought on 01-09-23. They claimed it was out of warranty on July 2021 rep said I would have to upload my proof of purchase. They ended up referring us to Microsoft, I couldn't reach Microsoft over the phone and their automated phone system referred me to their help website for the error. The error we got was 0xc004c003, Windows Activation fails with error 0xc004c003 on devices that have installed the Windows 10 January 2021 nonsecurity preview release or a later version. The only fix is to update windows how can I update if it's not activated? However, I noticed someone else's name was in the login area. I think someone activated this PC and returned it and this unit was sold to me as new cant say if its the seller's or amazon's fault but please exercise caution when buying this.

How a small box can deliver such power mystifies me. It's refurbished but might as well be new for the quality, speed and performance. I paid just over $300 but it seems like a PC that should cost three times as much. I only purchased the tower and the peripherals hooked up seamlessly.

Fast, beautiful screen with great quality. No issues thus far (one month use)
