This book is a game-changer.

This book is a game-changer. It gave me realistic examples on how to change my attitude to a growth mindset. I would recommend this book to any person who is struggling to achieve their personal goals or who is ambivalent about identifying their ambitions. The life satisfaction questionnaire at the beginning of the book puts everything in perspective. The growth mindset charts have been invaluable on how to apply it to my own goals. These charts made it easy for me to recognize the differences between fixed and growth mindsets and how to develop a step-by-step plan in the development of my personal goals. I personally applied it to my inability to remodeling my bathroom, and now have finished with a plan.I appreciate that this book helps with all levels of development both personal and professional. The author’s FLOAT method is innovative and practical. I have applied it when I felt my emotions taking over. I also appreciate, that in the last chapter, the author recognizes how we have a tendency to revert to fixed mind sets, but we will be able to recognize it and be flexible in changing our ways.

This book is a must read! I would recommend this book for people who want to achieve personal and professional goals, or are going through difficult times. As an educator, I was familiar with Growth Mindset. I implemented many of these ideas with my students. After retiring from education and suffering from Covid isolation, I found this book to be a great help. The workbook format is reader friendly. It starts with a life satisfaction questionnaire. The growth mindset charts and real life examples help you understand growth mindset vs. fixed mindset. The work book helps you deal with fixed mindset emotions. I used The Growth Mindset Workbook to create my own personal Growth Mindset Chart.I value this book for the many ways it can help you professionally and personally. The Growth Mindset Workbook has an added benefit of having free tools you can download such as the worksheets and guided meditation exercises.
