I have been wanting to add this knife to my collection for a long time. I was not disappointed when I opened the box. Absolutely beautiful 9" carving knife. Now I'm waiting for the matching meat fork.

The Absolute Best Carver
Used this knive to carve cooked turkeys all day at a church picnic.Stayed sharp all day and sliced thru turkey joints, against (not thru) thick turkey bones, thru both dark and white meat like a hot butter knife thru butter.Nothing sticks to this knife while cutting in rapid succession!
