I was using witch hazel on its own and it would provide some relief but adding this to the witch hazel added that extra help in relieving a lot of my discomfort.

Can't use it if you can't open it!
The cap on this tube is the worst design I've ever had to use. I can push down on it with all the force I have and it still won't open. It worked okay in the beginning but now it just won't open. Not even sure why it needs a special cap on it. Aside from the cap, the product is better than anything I've used before, but if you can't open it you can't use it. I guess I'll have to snip off a corner at the bottom and tape it up after each use.

Runny burns more than soothes
This product didn’t help at all and actually made matters worse. It’s also really runny and burns when applied. There’s no return policy of course so I’m stuck with a subpar product. Wouldn’t recommend.

Use it for numbing face
I use this for numbing my face before microneedling. I put a thick coat on and let it sit for 30 minutes before washing off— it numbs well enough to do a deep session.
